My hair is a few inches below my collarbone, and usually it’s really nice in the morning, but by afternoon, it’s stringy and flat and quite dead. I don’t use any hair products, and I’ve been using Pantene Pro-V shampoo.
If anyone can help me out or leave any tips, that would be great. =)

try hair spraying the roots in the morning. Style as you normally would. In the afternoon when it ‘looks dead’ then just pop into the restroom and wet your fingertips and reactivate the hairspray at the roots. Flip your head down and up a few times to dry the little bit, and the hair getting that little zero gravity session, will perk right up and the hairspray will dry too!
Believe me, it’s Farrah Faucet time!

i think you should go see a hair prof at a hair store where they sell all kinds of products for your hair.
